Ryse Son of Rome Bug Game Doesnt Continue

Our apologies that the fix provided by the developer team to adjust the language and region settings for your Microsoft account isn't working as intended.
Being that this is purely an in-game feature not working, if the console troubleshooting is not fixing the issue, we recommend to continue reaching out to Crytek's support, whether it be through their official Twitter, or theirsupport website.
If the issue has reappeared, there may need to be an update done for the game to fix this issue.

The person you spoke to was incorrect in the info they gave you. The issue you are having is strictly an in game issue, Microsoft has nothing to do with that functionality of the game. I'd contact them again and escalate the issue.

This would be up to the developer to fix this bug. This wouldn't be something that can be fixed by Microsoft or on this forum.
Sorry you are having issues, that is a very fun game.

The online portion of the game hasn't worked since launch, considering the game is how old don't hold your breath on a fix. Sad cause it was a good game.

Sometimes reaching out to the developers helps, but in this case since the game is old just enjoy what you can

It's actually been longer than two months I downloaded this game a year ago and it had the same problem
I've been seeing posts that say
delete and re-download the game
delete your account and redownload your account
There's one that says to go to region and location and change it to the region you are in
I have done all of these I even went on a whole new account and it still did it so I have no clue what to do
